Procedure For Enrollment

  • STEP 1: Download and complete the following Applications:

    Enrollment Agreement
    References
    A little about you
  • STEP 2: Notify Admissions that you are ready to process and that you are seeking an interview, either by phone or in person.
  • STEP 3: E-mail, Fax or Snail Mail ALL 4 documents with your $150.00 Non-refundable Registration Fee. At that time a start date will be established and your Non-refundable Registration Fee will hold a space for you.
